Brew Parameters Gongfu style: Full boil, slightly less than 1g per 30ml, 20s rinse, let stand after rinsing for 60s, 1st steep 5s, 2nd steep through sixth steep should be instant, in other words pour the tea out as soon as you place the lid on the pot., then use judgment after 6th steep. Liquor color should look like Scotch Whiskey Tea is best brewed on the weak side
